1. Apartments1a. New ConstructionsThe borders of Alanya are stretched over a distance for more than 70km (45 miles), more exactly between the municipalities Mahmutlar and Okurcalar. That explains why the offer in this area is very large. Which apartment is going to be yours? In the descriptions you often see 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 or even 4+1. These numbers reflect the number of (bed)rooms + living room. The kitchen and bathroom are never mentioned, as it is quite obvious for those to be present. Speaking about the superficials of the apartment, it often mentions incl. and excl. or “brüt” (gross) and “net” (net). Herewith the superficials is mentioned including / excluding the balconies. A duplex is an apartment which consists of 2 floors, which is sold as one unit inside the bloc of flats and is often the top floor of the building. In our offer of new apartments we have all categories from 50m² till 150m², with prices between €50.000,- (£33.350,-) and €150.000 (£100.000,-), with which we take everybody’s budget into account. If you wish, you can also buy a new apartment as a project. The big advantage here is that you decide yourself what your apartment will look like; tell us your preferences and after discussing them with our architect, your apartment will be built completely as you wish. On top of that, we have favorable prices and more flexible payment options for new projects. If you decide to pay everything immediately in cash, you are granted a reduction of 5%! Or you have the possibility to pay by installments. Example: The apartment you’ve chosen would normally cost €80.500, but because you buy it in the project phase, the price is settled on €70.000,-.
According to the contract, the normal building time takes about 15 months. If you want to invest your money at the Turkish Riviera, a new built apartment is a very nice solution. Because of the rising real estate prices, remunerative investments are still guaranteed. If we just take a look at the example above, following calculation is made very quickly:
Your total profit is more than 20% yield over the invested amount of money! If you decide to sell the completed apartment again, we are happy to support you and only charge a commission of just 3%. 1b. Existing ApartmentsIn our offer we also have older, existing apartments, which –according to their situation- are to be sold at more favourable prices. Here we have alternatives between €30.000 (£20.000,-) and €100.000.- (£66.650,-). Just mention the desired price class, and we’ll find the best choice together. 2. VillasMost people have this dream of living in a villa once. What does your dream-villa look like? We have a wide range of villas in our offer: from 100m² until 500m². An own pool, own garden, mountain- and sea view… It is almost standard for every Mediterranean villa. You can become owner of a dream house too: prices vary between €150.000 (£100.000,-) and €350.000 (£235.000,-). Of course, we deal with the same conditions for the villas as for the apartments. So on villa’s in the project phase you’re given 5% reduction as well and paying cash has advantages on paying by installments. Extra advantage for the buyers of a villa: we offer you the possibility of paying by installments over 10 month’s time. |
